The Webster University women's volleyball team placed a league-high five players on the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference 2009 All-Conference Teams.  The post-season honors follow a season in which the Gorloks won a third consecutive SLIAC title, fourth straight SLIAC tournament, and finished 16-0 in the SLIAC a second year in a row.

Seniors Jackie Schall (Oakville HS, STL) and Abby Williams (Incarnate Word Academy, STL) both were named First Team All-Conference.  Schall finished her career with 1113 kills (Webster 3rd all-time high), 100 service aces, and 839 digs (10th all-time high).  This was her fourth All-Conference selection and third time as a first-teamer.  Schall was also SLIAC Newcomer of the Year in 2006.

Williams finished her career with 2125 assists (4th all-time high) and 141 service aces (3rd all-time high).  She was also named All-Conference in 2007 and 2008.

Sarah Bailey (JR, Columbia HS, IL), Stefanie Larson (SR, Delavan HS, IL), and Mary Jo Schweitzer (Parkway Central HS, STL), were all named Honorable Mention All-Conference.  Bailey had 468 digs for the season and now has 842 (9th all-time high) in her two seasons as a Gorlok.  Larson, a four-year player, started 32 of 33 matches this season.  Schweitzer had 316 digs to raise her three season total to 1068 (5th all-time high).

All five players were honored in a post-game ceremony after the SLIAC tournament championship on November 7 at Grant Gymnasium.
