Triggs, a junior out of St. Louis, Missouri, finished in the top five in two events at the Principia Relays over the weekend. He took third place in the mile run out of 45 competitors after finishing with a time of 4:34.50. He then went on to compete in the Distance Medley Relays with Joshua Clark, Sam Baker and Cameron Sakuma. The team finished fifth out of 10 teams with a time of 11:05.51. This is Triggs first career SLIAC Men's Track Athlete of the Week award.
