2025-2026 SAAC

The mission of the Webster University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is to give student-athletes a voice within the athletic department, Webster University, the St. Louis Intercollegiate Conference (SLIAC) and NCAA Division III. The committee is comprised of up of two representatives from each of Webster’s 14 sponsored sports.
Webster University SAAC strives to:
  • Provide student-athlete welfare at the institutional level.
  • Provide student-athletes with a voice on intercollegiate athletics matters.
  • Provide student-athletes with the opportunity to respond to conference and/or NCAA legislation.
  • Connect student-athletes with both the Webster campus and local community.
Webster SAAC meets as a whole at least once per semester with subcommittees meeting as needed to discuss or organize specific events or SAAC initiatives. The committee is also part of the SLIAC SAAC, which is comprised of a SAAC group from each of the conference’s 10 participating institutions. The SLIAC SAAC meets as a group once a semester for fellowship, discussions on NCAA legislation and community service initiatives.
