Thomas, a junior out of Emporia, Kansas, batted .650 over six games for the Gorloks last week. She went 13-for-20 with three doubles, seven RBI, and a homerun while leading the team to doubleheader sweeps over Blackburn (Ill.) College and Eureka (Ill.) College. In 28 games this season, Thomas is batting .410 with a .938 OPS, 26 runs scored, 34 hits, 10 doubles, 21 RBI, and a .566 slugging percentage. Her .566 slugging percentage and .410 batting average both rank second on the team.
