The Webser University women’s volleyball team began their quest for a fourth straight SLIAC title in fine fashion on the road as they won 3-1 at Greenville College on September 15.

The Gorloks dropped the first game of the match 26-28, before sweeping the next three, 25-19, 25-23, 25-18.  Webster goes to 1-0 in the SLIAC and 3-4 overall while Greenville drops to 0-1 and 2-7.

The Gorloks have two more road matches on September 15 at Eureka College and September 17 at Illinois Wesleyan before returning home on September 19 to face Blackburn College.
