The Webster University women's volleyball travelled to Jacksonville, IL on September 26 and picked up victories over host MacMurray College and Fontbonne University, rebounding from a non-conference loss to Aurora University at home the evening before. 

The Gorloks downed MacMurray in the first match 3-0 (25-12, 25-7, 25-15) and Fontbonne 3-1 (25-15, 17-25, 25-20, 25-16) in the second,  Seniors Jackie Schall (Oakville HS, STL) and Abby Williams (Incarnate Word Academy, STL) had 18 and 19 kills for the day, respectively.

The two wins boosted Webster to 5-0 in the SLIAC and evened its record at 7-7 overall.  The victories also push its SLIAC winning streak to 27 straight wins over conference foes.  The Gorloks are back in action in the SLIAC on September 29 at Wesminster College (MO) before returning home to face new SLIAC rival, Spalding University (KY), on October 6.
