The Webster University women's soccer team won its third straight, beating Spalding University, 7-0, at AB Soccer Park on October 1.  Christy Capkovic (SR, Mehlville HS, STL) and Megan Niederschulte (SR, Pattonville HS, STL) each netted two goals, as the Gorloks raised their St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference record to 2-0 with the win.

In addition to Capkovic and Niederschulte, Katie Aubuchon (FR, Affton HS, STL), Morgan Milfeld (JR, DeSoto HS, MO), and Amanda Zeier (JR, McCluer HS, STL) all added goals.  Brittany Senator (JR, Quincy HS, IL) and Maria Arias (SO, Lincoln HS, Costa Rica) shared the shutout for Webster, the team's fourth of the season.

The Gorloks have won five out of six and continue their four-game homestand with a match vs. MacMurray College (IL) on October 5, and vs. Washington University on October 7, at AB Soccer Park.
