The women’s soccer team lost the battle of the SLIAC undefeateds, with Webster dropping a 1-0 decision to Principia College on October 16 in Elsah, IL. Both teams entered the contest a perfect 5-0 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
 
Principia scored midway through the first half and the Gorloks were not able to break through offensively against the Panthers.  Webster is in second place in the SLIAC, with two conference games remaining, vs. Fontbonne University and Eureka College (IL).
 
The Gorloks travel to Spalding University (KY) on October 20 and return home on October 23 to face Greenville College (IL) in a pair of 'non-conference' matches..
