The Webster University women's volleyball team finished up the Washington University Tournament with another split, defeating Westminster College, 3-1, and losing to the host Bears, 3-0, on October 9. The Gorloks faced a very competitive NCAA III field in the tournament and closed with a 2-2 record.
The Gorloks faced a familiar foe, St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rival Westminster, and won 25-20, 25-13, 23-25, and 25-15 in the day's first match. In a rematch of its first round match in the 2009 NCAA III Tournament, Webster had a much tougher go against Washington University.
