Box Score The Webster University women's soccer team defeated Spalding University, 6-0, on October 5, at the Soccer Park.  Katie Aubuchon (JR, Affton HS, MO), Kristin Montgomery (SO, Duchesne HS, MO), and Lauren Pratt (FR, Incarnate Word Academy, MO) all had two goals to lead the Gorlok offensive explosion.

Montgomery (SO, Duchesne HS, MO) got the Gorloks started, scoring her seventh goal of the season just 1:22 into the contest and Webster kept the Golden Eagle defense on its heels the rest of the afternoon.

Aubuchon made it 2-0 at the 30:50 mark, scoring her first of the season.  Montgomery quickly made it 3-0 with her second goal with 25 left in the half.  Aubuchon added her second, and Pratt netted two back to back goals in the second half.  Pratt leads Webster with nine goals, followed by Montgomery with eight.

The Golden Eagles came into the contest 7-3, but couldn't withstand the constant pressure put on by the Gorlok offense as Webster outshot Spalding 37-4 for the game.  Jessica Davis (SO, Belleville West HS, IL) had her sixth shutout in the nets for Webster.

Webster improves to 2-0 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and 9-3 overall.  The Gorloks are back at home on October 7 vs. Carroll University (WI).
