Box Score The Webster University women's soccer team couldn't break through offensively vs. the Washington University Bears, losing 2-0, on September 27, at the Soccer Park. 

Washington University scored with 12 minutes left in the first half to take a 1-0 halftime lead.  The Bears added a second goal 13 minutes in the second half, and that would be the final goal of the game.  Jessica Davis (SO, Belleville West HS, IL) started in goal for Webster and faced 15 shots and had three saves for the game, giving up the two goals.  The Gorloks were outshot, 15-2 on the night.

The Gorloks host Illinois College on September 29 at the Soccer Park.  Webster opens play in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference on October 3 vs Blackburn College (IL), at the Soccer Park as well.
