The Webster University volleyball team will enter the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament as the #2 seed, finishing 15-3 in the conference. The Gorloks will face Westminster College in the semi-finals on November 8, at Greenville College, in Greenville, IL.
The Gorloks will face Westminster in the semi-finals, at 4:00 p.m. Should Webster advance, the team will face the winner of the other semi-final, Greenville vs. Spalding University (KY), for the SLIAC Championship at 7:00 p.m.
Webster will be looking to win their fourth consecutive tournament title, which would tie the Gorloks' own conference record for most consecutive. Webster also won four straight from 2006-2009. The Gorloks are 30-9 all-time in the SLIAC Tournament with 11 titles, including the last three and seven of the last eight.
The Gorloks split with Westminster during the regular season, losing 3-0 in Fulton on September 27, then returning the favor by beating the Blue Jays, 3-0, on October 28 at Grant Gymnasium. Webster was 0-2 vs. Greenville this season, losing 3-2 at Greenville on September 20, and 3-1 on October 30 at Grant. Webster is 20-12 overall on the season.

Greenville is located 50 miles east of St. Louis. Take I-64/55 east, continue on I-55 north to I-70 east. Exit at Illinois Rt. 127 (exit 45), go left (north) and stay on 127 till you reach Elm Street. Go right on Elm to Greenville's campus.
Webster students will be admitted free with a Webster I.D. Admission to the SLIAC Volleyball Tournament is $5 for adults and $2 for ages 5-16. Children under 5 years of age are admitted free.
