ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Webster University men's and women's cross country teams will kick off their 2022 season on Thursday, September 1
st when they travel across the river to compete in the Principia Cross Country Opener in Elsah, Illinois. The women will run at 5:30 p.m. with the men to follow at 6:15 p.m.
The Gorloks will run in three more races in the regular season including trips to Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. They will travel to Marion, Indiana, on Friday, September 9
th to compete in the Indiana Wesleyan University Twilight Invitational. Their next race will be on Saturday, October 9
th when they compete in the Live in Lou Classic in Louisville, Kentucky. They will then wrap up their regular season on Friday, October 14
th when they compete at the Bradley Pink Classic in Peoria, Illinois.
The SLIAC Championships will take place on Saturday, October 29
th in Louisville, Kentucky. The race times for the SLIAC Championship have not yet been announced.
The NCAA Midwest Regional will take place on Saturday, November 12
th in Aurora, Illinois at the Northwestern Medicine Cross Country Course. The regional will be hosted by Aurora (Ill.) University.
Lastly, the NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships will take place on Saturday, November 19
th. The race will be at Forest Akers in Lansing, Michigan.
