2019 (JUNIOR): Ran in all six races ... Was the team's top finisher in all six meets ... Posted a career-best 6K time of 23:14.63 en route to winning the individual title at the SLIAC Cross Country Championships (11/2) ... That 6K time was the fastest of the season for a Gorlok runner and the fourth fastest 6K time in program history ... Tallied the Top 3 6K times on the team ... Set a new school record in the 4K as she ran a time of 15:11.4 at the WIU Early Bird Invitational (8/30) ... Had four Top 10 finishes, including first place finishes at both the H.W. Wright Classic (9/27) and the SLIAC Championships (11/2) ... Is just third Gorlok in school history to win the individual title at the SLIAC Cross Country Championships ... At the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (11/16), she placed 54th overall with a time of 23:43.5 ... That 54th place finish was the highest finish for a Webster women's cross country runner in school history ... The time was the fifth fastest in an NCAA Regional in school history ... 2018 (SOPHOMORE): Ran in all seven races ... Posted career-best 5K time of 19:51.10 at Missouri Stampede (9/15) ... Ran a career best 6K time of 23.52.2 at the Brissman Lundeen Invitational (9/21) ... Her best finish was sixth at the SLIAC Championships (10/27) to earn First-Team All-SLIAC honors ... Led team with two Top 10 finishes and posted a total of three Top 20 finishes on the year ... Was 9th at the Cowbell Classic with a 6K time of 24:18.21 and placed 11th at season opening WIU Early Bird (8/31) after running a 4K time of 15:40.6 ... Also was a member of the indoor and outdoor track teams ... Competed in three indoor meets ... Won the 3,000 meters at the SLIAC Indoor Invitational (2/23) with a time of 11:25.11 and was a member of Webster's school record setting and SLIAC Indoor Invitational champion distance medley relay team that ran a time of 13:37.04 ... 2017 (FRESHMAN): Ran in seven races ... Best finish was 12th at the SLIAC Championships (10/28) as she earned Second-Team All-SLIAC ... At the SLIAC Championship, ran a career best 6K time of 24:35.9 ... Recorded a personal best 5K time of 19:57.3 at the Calvin Knight Invitational (9/9) as she finished 67th overall ... Ran a time of 25:22.7 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (11/11) ... Opened her collegiate career with a 16th place finish at the WIU Early Bird (9/1) as she ran a 2.48 meter time of 15:50.4 ... Was also a member of the indoor and outdoor track teams ... Competed in six indoor meets ... Placed third in the 5,000 meters at the SLIAC Indoor Invitational (2/24) with a time of 19:49.17 ... In the outdoor season, competed in six events ... Placed third in the 5,000 meters with a time of 19:16.65 at the SLIAC Outdoor Championships (4/28) to earn All-SLIAC honors ... PERSONAL: Born Aug. 1 ... Daughter of Shannon and Frank Linthicum ... Exercise Science major with a minor in Health Psychology ... Has two brothers, Westley (28) and Bradley (17) ... Chose Webster because it was close to home and she received a great academic scholarship ... Works in Webster's Athletic Training Room as a student athletic trainer ... Is also a member of both FCA and serves as the SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) Secretary ... Names Alison Felix as her favorite athlete ... Likes to read and walk dogs in her spare time ... Wants to attend graduate school for physical therapy after completing her undergraduate degree.
