Alex Kazmierski

Alex Kazmierski enters his first season as an Assistant Coach for the Gorloks.  Alex is responsible for working with the hitters and outfielders. 
Alex graduated from Webster University in 2014 with an Education Degree and went on to William Woods University, in Fulton, Missouri, as a Graduate Assistant where he received his master’s in Athletic Administration.  During his time with William Woods, Kazmierski helped coach the Owls to a .302 batting average for the 2014 season advancing to its third NAIA Baseball Opening Round appearance.  The 2014 program had the highest GPA in the nation at 3.5.

Prior to working with Webster, Kazmierski was an Assistant Coach for the Quincy Gems of the Prospect Summer League.  He also spent time at Parkway South High School working at the freshman level. 

During his career, Kazmierski was a part of two Conference and Regional Championships with the Gorloks.  As well as two World Series appearances in 2012 and 2013. 

Coach Kazmierski is from Orland Park, Illinois and graduated from Carl Sandburg High School. He now resides in Saint Louis, MO.
