Brian Behrens enters his fifth year on the staff with the Gorloks. He has been coaching at the collegiate level for seventeen years. Coach Behrens started his coaching career at his alma mater, Quincy University, as head assistant coach from 1997-2003.
Brian was head coach at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. from 200-2007, where he had a record of 165-90, taking them to a fifth place finish in the 2007 NAIA World Series. Coach Behrens moved to Florissant Valley Community College, where he was the head coach from 2008-2010. He works with the Gorlok infielders and hitters.
Brian graduated from Quincy in 1999 with degrees in Elementary Education and Political Science. He received his Masters degree in Education Administration from Lindenwood University. .
“Coach Behrens is a great asset to our staff. He brings a great knowledge of the game to our team, and a great deal of coaching experience. Not many places in college baseball have the luxury of having a second head coach on the staff.” says Kurich.
Brian lives in Saint Charles, MO with his wife Jen, sons Jake and Luke, and daughter Emma.
