Chad Hammons enters his 14th season as a member of the Gorlok staff. Coach Hammons will coach the outfielders as well as helping out with the hitters and defensive positioning.
 
As a player, Hammons was the starting shortstop during his three year career at Quincy University. Coach Hammons was named as an All-Conference selection in the Great Lakes Valley Conference in 1997 and 1999. He was also named to the All Central Region team in 1997. Chad currently ranks first in career home runs, fifth in career hits, and fourth in career RBI at Quincy University after playing there for only three years.
 
Hammons is a 1999 graduate of Quincy University with a degree in Finance and Marketing.
 
Coach Hammons resides in St. Louis, Mo.
