Scott Charleville

Scott Charleville enters his first season as an Assistant Coach for the Gorloks primarily working with the pitchers. 

Coach Charleville comes to Webster after spending the past 18 years as the Founder and President of Jeffco Xpress Fastpitch Organization which started in 2006 located in Jefferson County, Missouri. While at Jeffco Express, Coach Charleville managed the 18U and 16U gold travel teams, scouted and recruited players of all ages, trained hundreds of players in all areas, and oversaw team budgets. Since 2014, he has lead his numerous select teams to three World Series Championships along with three Second-place finishes and two third-place finishes.

Outside of managing the organization, Coach Charleville spent seven seasons as an Assistant Coach at Mineral Area College (NJCAA) during the 2013-2018 and 2020-2022 seasons. While at MAC, he was the pitching and catching coach, hitting and fielding instructor, coached first and third base, and scouted/recruited college bound players. 

Coach Charleville spent the 2018-19 season as an Assistant Coach at Missouri Baptist which was followed up with one season at St Louis College of Pharmacy (now known as University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy in St. Louis) with the same roles as Mineral Area College. 

In addition, Charleville is the current owner and manager of Charleville’s Beauty & Athletic Complex located in De Soto, Missouri where he started back in 2000. Charleville purchased, designed, and constructed the building that includes a full service beauty salon & various retail items. It also serves as the headquarters of Charleville Sports, which hosts fastpitch tournaments, events & camps. He is the Assistant USA Tourney Director for St Louis.   

Charleville graduated from De Soto high school in 1989 and has certificates in SafeCoach, Customer Service Training, Business Ethics Training, and Property Management Specialist. He currently resides in DeSoto.
