2023: Recorded personal-best times in the 6k (38:54.2) and in the 5k (29:05.5)...Placed 25th overall at the Trojan Invitational with a time of 31:47.8.

High School: Four-year member of the track & field program at Rock Bridge under Head Coach Niel Blackburn.

Personal: Daughter of Mike and Jen Szydlowski… Has two younger sisters (Mandy and Lexi)...Off the field, her top hobbies include reading, writing, and hiking…Her favorite movie is Pitch Perfect and likes to eat ice cream but hates ketchup…Before a meet or race, she enjoys to listen to As We Ran by The National Parks.

Education: Abigail is pursuing a major in Film, Television, and Film with a minor in Scriptwriting.
