2019 (SOPHOMORE): Ran in five meets ... Best finish was a 20th place showing at the SLIAC Cross Country Championships (11/2) ... At that same meet, she recorded a season best 6K time of 26:17.37 ... Also ran a 6K time of 26:49.1 at the Kollege Town Invitational (10/19) ... Opened season with a 4K time of 17:46 to finish in 34th place ... Also was a member of the track team ... Competed in five indoor meets ... Was 10th in the mile run (6:15.62) at the SLIAC Indoor Championships (2/29) ... Tallied a time of 12:41.95 in the 3,000 meters at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge (2/22) ... Also ran the 5,000 meters at the Indoor Gorilla Classic (2/15) and the 400 meters at the Don DeNoon Invitational (1/25).

2018 (FRESHMAN): Ran in all seven of the team's races… Posted a career best 5K time of 21:18.1 at the MSSU Stampede (9/15)... Best finish was 17th at the SLIAC Championships while posting a career best 6K time of 25:35.8 at the Championship meet (10/27)... She also had one top 20 finish on the season at the SLIAC Championships (10/27) ... Also competed in both indoor and outdoor track ... Competed in four indoor meets ... Placed third at the SLIAC Indoor Invitational (2/23) with a personal best indoor time of 12:10.99 in the 3,000 meters ... Had personal best indoor times in both the 800 meters (2:46.44) and mile (6:10.39) runs at the UW-Platteville Invitational (2/9) ... Tallied a personal best 400 meter indoor time of 1:12.37 at the Jim Green Invitational (2/2) ... In the outdoor season, competed in seven meets ... Was third in the 3,000 meter Steeplechase with a time of 13:29.52 at the SLIAC Championships (4/27) en route to earning All-SLIAC honors ... Tallied outdoor personal best times in the 800 meters (2:42.55) and 1,500 meters (5:44.01) at the Greenville Select Meet (4/13) ... Had a personal outdoor best time of 13:19.23 in the 3000-meter Steeplechase at the Central Methodist Invitational (4/6) ... Also had a personal best outdoor time of 5,000 meters (21:02.07) at the WashU Invitational (3/30).

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in track and field and cross country for four years at Fox High School ... Also lettered for a year in softball and two years in soccer ... Served as the team captain in both track and cross country as both a junior and senior ... Earned the MHSAA Award for Exemplary Display of Sportsmanship, Ethics and Integrity as a senior and also a Chief Award for Leadership ... Ran a personal best 5K time of 21:52, along with personal best times in the 400 meters (1:10), 200 meters (29.94) and 1,600 meters (6:03) ... Holds the school record in the 4-x-100 meter relay (50.8 seconds) ... Was the captain of the soccer team as both a freshman and sophomore ... Graduated with Cum Laude honors and was a member of the National Honors Society. 

PERSONAL: Born May 2 ... Daughter of Susan and Michael Poitras ... Exercise Science major ... Has two sisters, Lauren (23) and Lucy (12) and a brother, Jason (8) ... Chose Webster because of the smaller class sizes and also because the coaching staff seemed interested in me as more than just an athlete ... Her sister Lauren was a 2019 Webster graduate ... Her father Michael has also taken classes at Webster ... Lists the Bowerman Track Club and the Oklahoma men's and women's gymnastics teams as her favorite sports teams ... Names Shawn Johnson, Emma Coburn and Karissa Schweitzer as her favorite athletes ... Loves to dance and watch movies ... Will be attending Logan University to pursue a doctorate in Chiropractic and masters in sports rehabilitation.
