2023: Recorded personal-best times in the 5k (24:42.1) and 6k (28:55.3)...Placed 30th overall at the 2023 SLIAC XC Championships with a time of 29:42.2
High School: Three-year member of the cross country and track & field program at Valle Catholic under Head Coach Samer Zhoughaib…3x All-State Honors and fished 29th overall at Districts.
Personal: Daughter of Ted and Carla Kist…Has an older sister (Mallory)...Her top hobbies includes arts and plants…Her favorite movie is Guardians of the Galaxy or How to Train Your Dragon and enjoys cheese…She finds joy in listening to Great Vacation by Dirt Poor Robins and playing card games…She is an active member of her hometown Church community where she served for four years of VMY mission trips…Her all-time favorite venue she has competed at was at Illinois Wesleyan University.Â
