Webster University Athletics

Kayla Piedimonte is entering her second season as an assistant coach at Webster in 2019. Along with working at Webster as an assistant volleyball coach, Piedimonte works at St. Louis Community College as an E-Mail and Graphic Communications Specialist. 

Piedimonte earned her Bachelors of Journalism degree with an emphasis in Magazine Design from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2016 and is currently working on a Masters degree in Marketing and Management from Webster University. 

Along with working at both Webster and St. Louis Community College, Piedimonte was a volleyball coach and co-Social Media Manager for H2 Sports Network from 2016-18 and also served as an Editorial Intern for ALIVE Magazine from Oct. 2016-Dec. 2016 and was a Graphic Design Intern for Lutheran Hour Ministries from Aug. 2016-Oct. 2016.

As a student at the University of Missouri, Piedimonte spent three years working as an intramural volleyball official and also worked on the Columbia Missourian, which was the campus' student-run newspaper. 

Piedimonte, who is from Ballwin, Mo., and graduated from Lutheran South High School, is proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HTML coding and Social Media Marketing. She is also a licensed rescue diver and is also certified in advanced open water diving from NAUI Worldwide.
