Kenzie Harness enters her season season as an assistant coach at Webster in 2019. Harness was a three-year letterwinner in volleyball as a defensive specialist at Kentucky Wesleyan College from 2015-17.

As a player at KWC, Harness played in 66 matches and 256 career digs, 22 assists and 17 aces. As a freshman in 2015, she had 93 digs and had 100 digs as a sophomore in 2016. Along with her playing career at KWC, Harness served as an assistant coach for Aububon Volleyball Association 14 Lighting Team in Owensboro, Ky., from 2015-17.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kentucky Wesleyan in April of 2018 as she graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. Currently, she is pursuing her Master of Accountancy degree online from the University of Missouri-Columbia with her expected graduation date being the Summer of 2019. 

As a player for the Panthers, Harness was named to the Great Midwest Athletic Conference All-Academic Team in 2017 and also earned the Wyndall Smith Award in 2018 and was the Marisue Coy Scholar-Athlete Award winner in 2018 and was a member of KWC's President's List in 2015-16.

She is from Eureka, Mo., and graduated from Eureka High School. In high school, she was a two-starter and an All-District and All-Surburban West Conference honoree and led the school to the 2014 District 3 semifinals. Also was named the team's Most Valuable Player as a freshman and sophomore. In the classroom, was a four-year selection into the National Honor Society and was a Renaissance Gold member and served on the Student Council.Â
