Riding Megan Sperry's (SR, Clarkston HS, MI) arm and bat, Webster University's softball team downed Albion College (MI), 4-1, in Kissimmee, FL, on March 10.  The win was the nightcap of a double-header that saw the Gorloks lose 7-2 to Aurora University (IL) in the opener.

Sperry got the complete game win, allowing only two hits and one earned run.  At the plate, Sperry had two hits and an RBI.  Sam Dittman (SR, St. Pius X HS, STL) was two for two and Ashley Meagher (JR, Dupo HS, IL), and Erynn Coit (JR, Forsyth Maroa HS, IL), drove in runs as well.

The Gorloks lost to Aurora University, 7-2, in the day's first game.  Cassie Mosier (SR, LeRoy HS, IL) was on base three times, with a hit and two walks, and Jessica Arcangel (FR, St. Lucy HS, CA) had a double and an RBI.

Webster finishes its Florida trip with a double-header on March 11 vs. Thomas More College (KY) and Trine University (IN).  The Gorloks winds up their participation in the Rebel Games in Kissimmee.  Webster is 3-5 on the season.
