Men's Soccer Falls to Concordia, 1-0

The men's soccer team lost the first game of its Labor Day weekend trip to the Windy City, with Concordia University defeating Webster, 1-0, in Chicago on September 3.  The Gorloks couldn't muster any offense as they fall to 0-2 to start the 2011 season.

Webster, which has mustered one goal in two games, will hope to get its offense untracked on Labor Day, September 5, as they travel to the far west suburbs to take on Aurora University, in Aurora, IL.  Rain and lightning in the area caused a  20-minute delay of the start of the contest.

The team will have an off day on the 4th, giving them an opportunity to explore Michigan Avenue and other sites in downtown Chicago.

The Gorloks are at the start of a six-game road trip that will take them next to Bloomington, IL, on September 10-11, to take on Millikin University and host Illinois Wesleyan University.
