ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) has announced its weekly men's soccer awards, with Webster's Alberto Duque Gonzalez earning Offensive Player of the Week honors for his performance during the week of October 19–25.

Duque Gonzalez earned the honor after scoring both goals in Webster's 2-0 victory over Greenville University on Saturday, October 24, helping the Gorloks clinch the SLIAC regular-season championship. The senior opened the scoring to give Webster the advantage before adding his second goal at the 81:57 mark following a Greenville foul and ensuing free kick.

With the victory, Webster also secured the top seed in the SLIAC Tournament and the opportunity to host postseason action at home.
