ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Webster University softball team will kick off their season on Saturday, February 11
th when they travel to Memphis, Tennessee, to take on the University of Dallas (Texas) and Rhodes (Tenn.) College at Rhodes College. They will then take on Transylvania (Ky.) University and Rhodes (Tenn.) College at Rhodes College on Sunday, February 12
th.
The Gorloks will compete in the Fontbonne Invitational on Friday, February 24
th and Saturday, February 25
th in Ellisville, Missouri. The Gorloks will play Hope (Mich.) College on Friday and then take on the University of the Ozarks (Ark.) and Central (Iowa) College on Saturday.
Webster will travel out west for the Tucson Invitational over spring break from March 10
th to March 16
th. The Gorloks will play eight games in Arizona that will be determined at a later date.
The Gorloks will play their first home doubleheader of the regular season on Wednesday, April 5
th when they host Blackburn (Ill.) College for their first SLIAC games of the season.
Webster will wrap up nonconference play with two road trips including a trip to Terre Haute, Indiana, on Friday, April 14
th to take on the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (Ind.) for a doubleheader. They will then travel to Washington (Mo.) University to take on the Bears on Thursday, April 27
th. WashU qualified for the 2022 NCAA Division III Softball Championships last spring.
The Gorloks will wrap up the regular season on Sunday, May 7
th when they travel St. Ann, Missouri, to take on the defending SLIAC Tournament Champion Fontbonne (Mo.) University Griffins.
The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Tournament is set to take place from Tuesday, May 9
th to Saturday, May 13
th at the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex in Peoria, Illinois.
