ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) has released the names of the individual award winners for the sport of baseball. Webster's Head Coach
Bill Kurich led this year's team to a 2025 SLIAC Regular Season title (18th in school history) with a 17-1 record and was named the 2025 SLIAC Baseball Coach of the Year.
This season, Kurich led this team to a No. 14 NCAA Division III Baseball ranking with a 33-7 regular season record and a 17-1 record in conference play. In those 18 conference games, Webster earned eight conference sweeps and a split against Mississippi University for Women and outscored all nine conference opponents 160-47. In addition, Kurich led this year's pitching staff to a conference-best 2.40 earned-run-average and held opponents to a .197 batting average.
With this selection, it marks his 11th Coach of the Year award in 19 years as the leader of the program.
