ST. LOUIS, MO. -  The Webster University women's soccer team has been honored with the prestigious Team Academic Award from the United Soccer Coaches (USC).

United Soccer Coaches announced the College Team Academic Award winners, recognizing teams for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2025-26 academic year. The USC Team Academic Award is presented to programs that achieve a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average (GPA). Under Head Coach Luigi Scire, the Gorloks posted a 3.72 team GPA to earn the distinction. The honor marks the 27th consecutive year that the Webster women's soccer program has received the award.

A total of 797 soccer teams (335 men, 462 women) posted a team GPA of 3.0 or higher to earn the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 academic year.
