Starting the Webster University Competitive Cheerleading program and competing at the National level three times

The students. You won't find students like Webster students at any other place. These students are creative, thoughtful and amaze me every year.

What would you be doing if you weren't coaching?
Coaching is my second job at Webster so when I'm not coaching the cheerleaders, I work as Webster's Director of First Year Experience and Undergraduate Persistence

Placing third at the CheerLTD National Championships with Webster's cheerleading team

During a normal day on campus, the UC, but currently the back porch

I can't remember the last time I got to read for fun!
What are your hobbies outside of coaching?
Hiking, biking, fishing and being on the river
Who is your role model(s) and why?
My parents. They are the most selfless individuals I know, always giving and putting themselves before others. They are the ultimate servant leaders.
