BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Webster University women's indoor track and field team was back in action today when they traveled to Bloomington, Illinois, to compete in the Titan First Chance Meet at Illinois Wesleyan University. There were not any team scores for the event.
Olivia Nelsen led the way for Webster as she set new personal records in two different events. She finished in eighth place in the 300-meter run with a personal record time of 48.06. She then went on to run a personal record time of 10.66 in the 60-meter hurdle preliminaries before finishing in eighth place in the finals with a time of 11.51.
Isabelle Llewellyn and
Cali Pavlisko also set new personal records in the shot put. Llewellyn finished in fifth place in the shot put with a personal record throw of 10.88 meters while Pavlisko took 10th with a personal record throw of 10.10 meters.

The Gorloks will return to the track on Friday, January 19th when they travel to Terre Haute, Indiana, to compete in the Friday Night Spikes Meet at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (Ind.).
