Pavlisko Wins Gold Medal In Shot Put; Cashion Silvers In Javelin; Kamara Achieves Bronze In 100m Dash At 2026 SLIAC Outdoor Championships

GREENVILLE, Ill. - The Webster University women's track and field team competed in the two-day 2026 SLIAC Outdoor Championships hosted by Greenville University. As a team, the Gorloks earned a sixth place finish with 43.00 points. Three Gorloks secured four medals at this two-day championship.

In the Shot Put, senior thrower Cali Pavlisko earned the gold medal with a mark of 11.36m. In the Hammer Throw, she earned a silver medal with a mark of 40.06m.

In the Javelin, Sophia Cashion secured a silver medal with a mark of 38.36m.

In the 100m dash, senior Aissata Kamara earned a bronze medal with a time of 12.70 seconds.

In the Hammer Throw, sophomore thrower Grace Rose earned a fourth place with a mark of 37.61m.

In the Javelin, Pavlisko recorded a mark of 24.28m that earned 11th place while Rose recorded a mark of 21.13m.

In the Shot Put, Rose recorded a mark of 8.51m.

In the Discus event, Pavlisko had a mark of 27.13m while Rose had a mark of 24.52m.

In the Long Jump, first-year Averie Holifield recorded a mark of 3.13m.

In the 1500m event, Lydia Imboden crossed the finish line with a time of 6:04.11 for eighth place while Brie Inman earned 10th place with a time of 6:28.53.

In the 800m event, Imboden crossed the finish line with a time of 2:58.52.

In the 200m dash, Kamara earned fourth place with a time of 26.99 seconds.
