CARBONDALE, Ill. – The Webster University women's track and field team was back in action on Saturday when they traveled to Carbondale, Illinois, to compete in the Bill Cornell Invite at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. There were not any team scores for the meet.
Isabelle Llewellyn led the way for Webster as she finished in sixth place in the hammer throw with a distance of 45.90 meters. Her throw of 45.90 meters is a new school record. Llewellyn also did well in the javelin throw as she finished with a distance of 34.14 meters to place fourth.
In addition to Llewellyn, three Gorloks set new personal records.
Cali Pavlisko finished in eighth place in the javelin with a personal record distance of 25.05 meters.
Symphony Schodroski and
Abigail Szydlowski also set personal records in the javelin as Schodroski recorded a distance of 24.97 meters while Szydlowski recorded a distance of 23.75 meters.

The Gorloks will return to the track on Saturday, April 13
th when they travel to Edwardsville, Illinois, to compete in the Cougar Classic at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
