ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The Webster University Office of Admissions has released the 2024 Spring Dean's List that includes 69 student-athletes across 13 athletic programs who were selected to the Dean's List.
To be selected to the Dean's List, a student-athlete must have obtained a grade point average of 3.8 or higher and have completed a minimum of 12 semester credits.
The Webster men's and women's soccer teams led the entire Athletic Department with 10 student-athletes being selected for each program while the softball and volleyball programs each had nine awarded, and baseball and women's basketball teams had seven honorees apiece.
For the 24th consecutive year, a student-athlete on the women's soccer team has been named to at least one academic award or list as the 2023 team captured a cumulative GPA of 3.47 which earned the 2023 Team Academic Award that was voted by the United States Coaches Association. The student-athletes that were selected to the Dean's List from the women's soccer team include Emily Buchholz, Angelina Calabrese, Riley Cappozzo, Tori Dobbins, Courtney Haneline, Sienna Inouye, Reyce Reller, Grace Rodgers, Mya Stegen, and Kenzie Sundhausen.
For the men's program, the individuals that were named to this prestigious list features Noah Abraham, Ty Baudendistel, Chase Boushard, Matthew Cathro, Luke Dillon, Patrick Fuller, Ian Meyer, Danny Nusinovic, Kyle Parrella, and Nick Thomas.
The softball program had a fantastic semester in the classroom as Katie Croxall, Ainsley Hinz, Jaelin Holdaway, Alyssa Lyell, Aven Ragwar-Hayes, Lucy St. John, Madi Stichling, Paige Louise Thomas, and Lili Work all earned a selection to this list.
The student-athletes from the volleyball team that earned this incredible honor includes Cloey Asplin, Ellie Biedenstein, Cassie Gray, Alyssa Jones, Madison Katz, Kate Moleski, Delaney Morio, Tyler Ramstack, and Megan Zablonski.
The seven student-athletes from the Gorloks baseball team that achieved academic success includes Joel Arsenault, Andrew Fazio, Adam Hill, Noah Jensen, Shane LeJeune-DeAcutis,Karl Peters, and Paul Rice.
The women's basketball team had an incredible spring semester as Taylor Brown, Julie Diveney, Alyssa Gilchrist, Nysa Gilchrist, Kaimyla Nolen, Kate Rolfes, and Madison Sorenson all achieved this incredible academic achievement.
The Webster cheer program and the women's track & field programs each had four student-athletes selected to the list. The individuals on the cheer team that achieved academic excellence include Auburn Hughes, Lexi Lutz, Sage Reagan, and Kristina Tresnytska.
The student-athletes on the women's track & field that earned this prestigious academic honor include Natalie Kist, Isabelle Llewellyn, Cali Pavlisko, and Symphony Schodroski.
For the men's basketball program, the three student-athletes that earned a spot on this academic list feature Alpha Diallo, Mark Moore, and Jacob Witaschek.
The men's and women's tennis programs have four student-athletes, two from each team, that earned a selection to this incredible academic list. For the men's team, Carson Fisher and Joseph West earned this academic honor while Kylie Chitwood and Chloe Daughtry of the women's team, also achieved this fantastic honor.
The men's golf team and the men's track & field team each had one student-athlete earn a spot on the Dean's list that includes Logan Forister and Dylan Patterson.
