WU’s Llewellyn Secures Three Top 10 Marks; Theroff Tied For Fourth In High Jump At Memphis Tiger Invitational

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Webster University women's track & field team recorded their final marks of the outdoor season by participating in the two-day 2025 Memphis Tiger Invitational hosted by Division I Memphis University on Friday and Saturday. WU's Isabelle Llewellyn earned three top-10 finishes in three field events while Elicia Theroff earned a tie for fourth in the high jump at this meet.

Friday:
Graduate-student Llewellyn secured two top-10 finishes in the hammer throw and javelin on the first day of competition. In the hammer throw event, Llewellyn secured a ninth place finish with a mark of 43.04m (141" 2.00") which was on her third attempt. In the javelin event, she earned a tenth place finish with a mark of 26.52m (87' 0.00") which was on her first attempt.

Saturday:
The Macon, Missouri native in Llewellyn opened the second day of competitions and earned her third top-10 finish of the two-day meet in the discus event with a mark of 33.87m (111' 1.00") that placed ninth overall.

In the high jump event, the current all-time Webster University women's outdoor track & field high jump record holder in Elicia Theroff earned a tie for fourth with a clearance of 1.50m (4' 11.00).

On the track, Aissata Kamara and Kianna Patton rounded out the competitions for Webster in the 100m and 200m dash events. In the 100m dash, Kamara earned a 16th place finish with a time of 12.96 seconds while Patton secured 18th place with a time of 13.14 seconds. In the 200m dash, Patton recorded a time of 27.15 seconds that placed 21st overall while Kamara achieved a time of 27.32 seconds that earned 23rd overall.
