The Webster University men's and women's tennis teams' performance in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Individuals Tournament reflected the successful seasons each has had. Eight Gorloks captured eight different flights, and First Team, All-Conference honors. The tournament took place at the Dwight D. Davis Memorial Tennis Center in Forest Park on April16-17.
The women's team took four singles titles and two doubles, following up on its 6-0 finish in SLIAC team play during the regular season. #
Mindy Tabakin# (SO, First Colonial HS, VA), #
Allison Tungate# (SO, Flora HS, IL), #
Lindsey Hays# (FR, Francis Howell HS, STL), and #
Paige Tungate# (SO, Flora HS, IL), all finished first in their singles flights.
#Alex Meyer# (JR, Effingham HS, IL) and #
Hannah Wojahn# (JR, Cannon Falls HS, MN) teamed up to win their doubles flight and were joined by Tabakin and Hays.

Diego Alarcon# (FR, American School, Ecuador) and #
Ryan Fassler# (SO, Lutheran South HS, STL) won singles flights for the men's team and #
Ricky Eaves# (FR, McCluer North HS, STL) and #
Adis Beganovic# (JR, St. John the Baptist, Bosnia) both earned All-Conference Honorable Mention for their second place finishes. The men had the second best record for the SLIAC regular season at 4-1.
Both teams will particpate in the SLIAC Men's and Women's Teams Tournament on April 23-24 at the Webster Groves Recreation Center. The winning teams in the tournament will qualify for the NCAA III tournament. Full Webster results for the SLIAC Individuals Tournament are as follows:
