Remaining unbeaten on the season, the Webster University women's tennis team began play in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference with a 7-2 win over Eureka College (IL) and an 8-1 win over Westminster College on March 23, at the Webster Groves Tennis Center.
Kathleen Kennedy (SO, Providence Catholic HS, IL), and Kaylen Kress (FR, Bartlett HS, IL) ran their season cumulative records to 10-0 and Hilary Fitz (SO, St. Joseph's Academy, MO) went to 9-0, with wins in doubles and singles in both matches.
Webster is 5-0 on the year with the wins and 2-0 in the SLIAC. The team travels to Lindenwood University-Belleville on March 28 before resuming plaly in the SLIAC with a home match vs. Greenville College (IL) on April 2 at the WGTC.
