Box Score The Webster University men's basketball team won its fourth straight St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest, with a 69-51 win at Iowa Wesleyan College.  The meeting was the first with the newest member of the SLIAC.  The Gorloks improved to 6-1 in the SLIAC with the win.

Webster grabbed a 25-24 halftime edge, with Ahmad Smith (JR, St. Louis, MO/Clayton HS) leading the way for the Gorloks with 11 points.  The Gorloks continued to pad their lead in the second half as they took home the win.  Smith was the game's top scorer, winding up with at least 21 points on the afternoon.

The Gorloks are home on January 23 to face SLIAC leader Spalding University at Grant.  The team hits the road again on January 25 to take on MacMurray College at Jacksonville, IL.
