The Webster University women's tennis team defeated Fontbonne University, 6-1, at Shaw Park in Clayton, MO, on April 11, but was overmatched by NAIA Lindenwood University Belleville, 7-2, on April 12 at the Webster Groves Tennis Center.

Marissa Lewis (JR, Owasso, OK/Owasso HS) and Kaylen Kress (SO, Bartlett, IL/Bartlett HS) both went 2-0 in singles matches for the Gorloks, with both giving Webster its lone points in the match vs. Lindenwood.  The Gorloks are 3-8 overall and have matches remaining at Westminster College on April 16, and at home vs. Fontbonne on April 21 before the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament on April 25.
