The Webster University tennis teams split at Westminster College, with the women winning, 8-1, and the men losing, 6-3.  The women improved to 2-0 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, as the men fell to 1-1. 

Allison Tungate (GR, Flora HS, IL) and Marissa Lewis (FR, Owasso HS, OK) both picked up their 10^th singles victories of the year, and Lindsey Hays (JR, Francis Howell HS) won her ninth.  Allison Tungate and Paige Tungate (SR, Flora HS, IL) are now 9-1 at #1 doubles with their sixth straight victory.

For the men, Josh Sellmeyer (JR, Mehlville HS) remained undefeated on the year in singles and doubles, improving to 7-0 in singles with a win at #4, and 6-0 in doubles, teaming with Ricky Eaves (JR, McCluer North HS) for a win at #2. 

The women’s tennis team is 11-1 on the year.  The men’s team suffered just its second loss and fell to 8-2.  The loss snapped a seven match win streak for the men.  Both teams travel to Eureka College (IL) on March 23, for another SLIAC match-up.
