The Webster University golf team finished tied for sixth place, out of 18 teams, as it hosted the Gorlok Spring Invitational.  Webster shot a teamscore of 319 for a second straight day, with the second round taking place on March 30 at Sunset Country Club in St. Louis.  Webster finished with a 638 total.  Tyler Thorman (JR, Macomb, IL/Macomb HS) shot a team-low 73 for the second round, finishing with a 155 and 17th for the tournament.

Brodie Dakin (JR, Macomb, IL/Macomb HS) shot a 154 total for a team-low for the tournament.  Dakin shot a 73 in the opening round but finished with an 81 in round two and tied for 15th place.

The field of 18 teams came from around the Midwest, including six from Iowa and three from Wisconsin.  Six teams from the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, including Webster, took part.   Central College (IA) took first place with a 597 total, with SLIAC member Spalding University finishing second with a 617.
