Women’s Tennis Clinch Playoff Berth To 2025 UMAC Tournament

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Webster University women's tennis team clinched a playoff berth to the 2025 UMAC Women's Tennis Tournament on May 2-3 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This tournament will be held at The Baseline Center at the University of Minnesota. The Gorloks enter the tournament with a 9-6 overall record and 2-2 in UMAC play. 

Last Friday at the UMAC Women's Tennis Qualifying tournament at Dwight Tennis Center in St. Louis, the Gorloks defeated Principia College by the final score of 4-1 that clinched their ticket to the 2025 UMAC Tournament. In that match, the Gorloks won four single matches that earned the victory. 

The 2025 UMAC Women's Tennis tournament will feature the top two teams for the North Division (the University of Wisconsin-Superior and Northwestern University) and the top two teams from the South Division (Greenville University and Webster University).
