ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) has released the names of the student-athletes who earned an All-Conference honor from the 2025 SLIAC Men's Golf Championships. WU's Justin McCoy earned a Second Team All-Conference honor while Josh Hayes was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.

In order for a student-athlete to receive an All-Conference honor in men's golf, he must have finished in the top-15 overall spots on the player leaderboard. The First Team consisted of the top five finishers while the Second Team was awarded to the student-athlete who finished sixth through 15th overall.

McCoy, a graduate student from Savoy, Illinois capped off his fantastic five-year Gorlok career with a 12th overall finish at the 2025 SLIAC Men's Golf Championships at Timbergate Golf Course which earned a Second Team All-Conference honor. McCoy opened his three-round tournament with a three-over par score of 75 and followed up with an even-par 72 in the second round. In the final round, he carded a two-over par score of 74 that generated a five-par tournament score of 221. With the combination of all three rounds he recorded 40 pars, eight bogeys, five birdies, and one double-bogey. This season, McCoy played as the number golfer on the team, played in all nine tournaments, and his scores were counted in every tournament.

This season, Hayes played in five tournaments and the Gorloks counted his scores in three of those tournaments.
