Jantzen Secures First Career SLIAC Defensive Player of the Week Honors

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has released the names of the student-athletes who were selected for either Runner / Player of the Week for the week of October 6-12. WU's Kayla Jantzen was named SLIAC Defensive Player of the Week following a career-high saves performance against Westminster College on October 8th.

In the match against Principia, Jantzen recorded a career-high eight saves that led to the 1-0 shutout victory for her fifth victory of the season. With this selection, it marks the first of her career.
